Phonics Super Star Reading System - Home Edition
The SuperStar Reading System is a thoroughly enjoyable research based system designed to supplement development of phonemic awareness and early reading games. Reading is a process and our programs work progressively through that process. The basic steps of learning to read through phonics involve:

6. Blending individual sounds to form words ( Phonics 1b - Consonants Sounds and Phonics 2 - Intermediate Level ).
7. Recognizing words (sight words) that don't follow the phonics rules.
8. Recognizing sound patterns ( Phonics 2 - Intermediate Level ).
9. Building a vocabulary of words ( Phonics 1a - Vowel Sounds, Phonics 1b - Consonants Sounds and Phonics 2 - Intermediate Level ).
10. Building sentences from words ( Phonics 1b - Consonants Sounds and Phonics 2 - Intermediate Level ).
